When I was first offered the internship at OLX, I was very excited to go meet and work with the design team in the office in Gurgaon. Then, lockdown 2020 happened and the internship was converted into a work from home internship.

The design team at OLX conducted a standup everyday at 10:30 AM where everyone made the team catch up to all the work they have been doing.

We were a total of 5 interns and each intern was assigned a mentor to guide us through our projects. We interns bonded rather quick and had a blast working together.
Every week we had to present all the work done in the week to each other and take feedback from the design manager Ankur Sardana.

Surprised by how affective these post it notes can be for productivity
Sticky notes helped me keep track of all my thoughts and all the stuff that needed to be done. Nothing can beat the feeling of taking out the post it from the wall after completion of a certain task.
